The Triangle Women’s Basketball Tip-Off Luncheon has become a staple in the Triangle region, offering a preview of our top local NCAA Division I Collegiate Basketball Teams and their upcoming season. The event goes beyond athletics though, as the coaches share insights on their management style, community and family involvement, business and sport leadership, and much more. The 2018 panel, moderated by Mary Dunleavy, Weekend Sports Anchor at WRAL-TV, features Sylvia Hatchell, Head Coach at UNC-Chapel Hill; Joanne McCallie, Head Coach at Duke University; Wes Moore, Head Coach at NC State University; and Trisha Stafford-Odom, Head Coach at NC Central University.
The luncheon will take place from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm on Wednesday, October 10. A reception will begin at 11:30 am with lunch beginning at 12 pm and the panel beginning at 12:30 pm.
